At Jennifer Meyer, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, non-customized pieces within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to ensure your fine jewelry is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the jewelry in its original Jennifer Meyer gift box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our studio inspects the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
